About
Hey there! I am originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan now based in Marquette. I am going to college at Northern Michigan University getting a Bachelor in Fine Arts with a concentration of Photography! I am a very laid back girl who always is looking to meet new people.
I absolutely love being outside and going on adventures, specifically in locations with mountains! Exploring and being one with nature is what really makes me feel at peace. I think everyone can learn a lot form nature, not to mention admire and take in its beauty. When I’m not feeling the need to travel I love going to antique stores. To go and see how things used to be has always fascinated me. Not to mention I can add more to my collections! Items on my bucket list are go to Alaska, visit all 50 states before I’m 50, visit Lambeau Field, travel to Italy to see all the old architectural works like the Pantheon, Colosseum, and Arch of Constantine, visit Yosemite National Park, learn how to snowboard, camp on Isle Royal, and lastly hike on the North country trail.
I fell in love with photography because of how it can go from simply capturing a specific moment in time, a memory, as well as sell a lifestyle and or product. My goal in every shoot is to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera because I myself understand how hard that can be. With portraits I want to capture YOU! I want your personality to shine through in every photo, that is my forever goal.

Our Beginning
Project Sprout took root in founder Nadia Shabazz’s backyard. Her family had a need for fresh produce since the nearest supermarket only carried semi-spoiled bananas and tomatoes. Shabazz started small, planting leafy greens and berries. When it came time to harvest, she gave extras away to neighbors. She began to see drastic improvements in her children’s health and thought that everyone on her block could benefit. She began inviting neighbors who didn’t have gardens to come plant on her land.

My Mission
Kent County is one of the most severely underserved communities in Tennessee. To combat this adversity, Project Sprout seeks to nourish our neighbors at the most fundamental level with healthy food options and a strong support network. All members get a portion of each harvest and surpluses are donated to low-income families whose work schedules prevent them from volunteering.

With ten gardens and counting, Project Sprout has seen a significant improvement in mental and physical health for all participating community members. Other than lowering obesity, blood pressure, and depression rates, the crime rate has also fallen. Our children are doing better in school, reporting higher grades and aspirations, and better job prospects.
Get Involved
If you live near one of our gardens, get involved to receive portions of each harvest. We accept volunteers regardless of skill level. There is a rotation in roles, but we’ll teach you all the skills you need to know. Teenagers 14 years and older can earn community service credits for school in addition to getting produce for their families. Donations are also vital to our growth, as we use them for seed, fertilizer, tools, and outreach.

A fun shoot that can be used for just about anything! Studio portraits can be included, but must be discussed beforehand. This shoot can cover anything from new business profiles, updating your social media, or you simply wanted some updated photos!

If you are a business who needs product shots to keep up with your website, I am here for you! You could be starting a new product line or simply need update photos of your products, either way this is the perfect package for you. Please note if you are going to need shoots done regularly there can be a negotiated to a discounted rate!

Is the best day of your life coming up? Well you have come to the right place! I know this can be an exciting, yet stressful time with all the planning, so I hope to take some of that stress away. The wedding shoot will be an all day inclusive shoot. From the beginning of getting ready until the end of the reception, and all those magical moments in between.
